Jennifer Love Hewitt Takes To the Stripper Pole

Jennifer Love Hewitt is set to star in the new Lifetime series 'The Call Girl' now that her crappy show Ghost Whisperer has finally been cancelled.

JLH told Entertainment Tonight "my mom's like, 'I'm so proud. You're pole dancing and you're going to play a prostitute. Awesome!'"

"It's like, 'Yeah, what you always dreamed about, mama!' But you know, it's a great part."

I think the mom was really worried that Hewitt would be unemployed at home with nothing to do but get that big ass of hers even bigger.

She's probably hoping Jennifer really uses that stripper pole to firm up that butt and get in better shape.

"Given where we are economically, it's an interesting story... this is the most recession-proof business there is! It's really a movie about the human condition, and the heart, and where life can take you."

Think of it as a practice run. If the show flops, as it's sure to do, Jennifer can fall back on the skills she learned on this job.

"[Samantha] has no choice at the end of the day but to give everything that she can in order to take care of her family. She really thinks she's doing the best thing possible for them, and it just gets out of hand. ... It takes her on a rollercoaster ride."

This sounds absolutely riveting. Can't wait to see this P.O.S. go DOA.
