Woman who pulled plug on Gary Coleman was not his wife

GARY Coleman was divorced from his wife when she made the decision to turn off his life support.

Coleman, 42, and Shannon Price, 24, legally split on August 12, 2008, nearly two years before he suffered a brain haemorrhage that put him in a coma, according to court papers obtained by
Entertainment Tonight.

"Initially, it concerned me, because it seemed like it (the hospitalisation) was a pretty short-term thing," Coleman's lawyer, Randy Kester, said, adding that the former child star's death "happened so quickly".

A statement from the Utah hospital where the Diff'rent Strokes star died last week said he had completed an advanced directive that granted Ms Price permission to make medical decisions for him.

"An advanced health-care directive remains in effect regardless of a patient's marital status, unless modified by the patient," the statement said.

Even though Ronan Keating screwed around on his wife Yvonne, with a dancer, they apparently are trying to work things out. I guess she's grown accustomed to being Mrs. Ronan Keating and what better way to work things out than to buy another mansion??

After recently announcing that they were over, the two are now said to be buying a place close to their current home in Dublin.

A source told The Sun "they will live together in the new place. It's the home of their dreams and Yvonne isn't ready to give up on the last 12 years of her life with him. He'll be in the dog house for a long time, but it's what she thinks is best for the children."

Good for you two. Who says cheating can't bring you closer together.

Al And Tipper Gore Call It Quits

After 40 years of marriage, former Vice President Al Gore and his wife, Tipper Gore, have separated.

The split comes as a surprise to most and there is no further information available at this time, but Politico is reporting that the couple sent out an email confirming this.
 
"This is very much a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration. We ask for respect for our privacy and that of our family, and we do not intend to comment further."

I was never much of a fan of hers, especially when she was all cunty in the 80's trying to censor music that she deemed obscene, but I do like VP Gore and his views and so I will wish him my congratulations on finally leaving her.
